Prioritization frameworks
- The best prioritization framework is one that doesn’t involve any individual (including myself)
- How I can achieve this:
- Tell a good story about the mission and vision. This makes the ideas that are important sticky and puts them in context of how the company moves and operates
- Interesting idea: provide a weighted tool that helps others figure out the priority for themselves.
Why I don’t like spreadsheet-based prioritization methods (cost analysis, WSJF, etc etc)
